summer camps

Melanie enjoyed a variety of activites this summer to pass the time. She had two weeks of swim lessons. She attended a preschool camp "Who lives in the forest?", where she learned about camping in the forest and the animals she might see. Then it was on to a week of gymnastics camp. We spent some down time at the local swimming pool where Melanie could practice what she learned and play like a dolphin and Shamu. She also played a little dress up at home in her best Minnie Mouse attire. Then we spent a week packing up for a long trip to our favorite vacation spot... Germany!
