Thanksgiving on the Rim

Best Thanksgiving ever! We were near Woods Canyon Lake, up on the Rim, between Payson and ShowLow.  It was beautiful and peaceful and perfect.  We went for a couple 5 mile hikes and practically had the forest to ourselves.  The temperature was chilly at night (in the 20's) and high 50's during the day.  When it was too cold outside, we played games inside.  Now this was camping!
