It's Our Anniversary!

Eighteen years ago today Mark and I were in Hawaii getting married! Whew, how time flies when you're having fun and still like each other. We decided to celebrate by taking a little trip to California. That's as close as we could get to Hawaii this year. Maybe for our 25th we'll go back to where it all began.

We have not heard anything new on the adoption process. The wait has reached 125 days today. It feels like there is no end in sight. No updates, no rumors, no travel approval, no nothing. We have absolutely no idea when Melanie will get to come home. There is still a family who's waiting over 178 days and last week yet another family got their Ta after only 45 days. (Both from different agencies.) Only God knows what's going on over in China. There are actually quite a few families who are waiting (over 100 days) to hear when they get to meet their child for the first time. And All the children are from the Special Needs program.
