Where's the Tooth Fairy?

The first tooth makes it's exit.  Melanie had decided that enough was enough and she yanked on it until it came out.  She couldn't stop smiling, she was so proud of herself.  The Tooth Fairy knew how hard she worked to get it out and rewarded her accordingly. Yet another milestone accomplished.
