The Race

Grandma Mary came to visit over Easter weekend. My mom ran her first marathon. (Well that's what mom called it.) Mark and I didn't want to diminish her accomplishement so we gave her a medal to take home. For those of you living in reality we actually took part in the Pat Tillman Foundation 4.2 mile run/walk. Mark did the run and Mom, Melanie and I walked with the jogging stroller. Melanie actually rode in the stroller most of the way. We all enjoyed the great weather and 13,000 of our fellow participants. Mom you crossed the finish line in 1hour, 14 minutes and 11 seconds and you were number 8701...I beat you by one second and two places...sorry, I'm just too competative to let you win.
